At Taste Jamaica, we take pride in delivering high-quality, authentic Jamaican sauces, spices, and marinades. Due to the nature of food products, we have the following returns policy in place.
Food Products
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items if they have been opened, used, or are perishable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or taste preferences. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged.
Shipping Issues
Taste Jamaica is not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal services once the order has been dispatched. However, we’ll always do our best to assist you with any delivery concerns.
